Fulbright Recital in Puebla, Mexico
In her capacity as a Fulbright researcher in Mexico, Melissa was invited by COMEXUS (the Mexico-U.S. Commission for Educational and Cultural Exchange) to perform a solo concert in Puebla in January of 2024. Melissa curated a set by composers from both nations, featuring works by Gabriela Ortíz, Manuel Ponce, Amy Beach, and more!
